Objectives Overview

At the end of the document, the reader should have a clear understanding of how the following objectives would be achieved by the end of Q4:

Below is a translation of the objectives into a primary metric. The primary metric acts as a leading indicator for us to know the progress we are making towards achieving each objective.

Each of the primary metrics were selected based on how much value is being generated by the listeners and megaphone holders, which would eventually translate into us achieving the objective.

The secondary metrics are the sub-metrics that influence the growth of the primary metric. That is in order to influence the primary metric, we work on pulling the secondary metrics as levers.
